I came up with the Monster Michael Todd Bachelor's Diet about 22 years ago. I never could control my portions as I actually didn't know what a portion was. If it was on my plate, I was going to eat it. So when I started trying to eat healthy, I prepared enough food for five or six meals, and then I'd always eat them within three or four. So I thought, okay, if I create a meal plan and they're not even packaged, how do I go buy food?
The main reason why I feel this meal plan is better than others is that it's educational. As you go through this program, because you're learning portion size and learning the macronutrient profile of the meals.
This program has been amazing for me. Anytime you've ever seen me in lean and in great shape, it’s because I was following this meal plan.
